Frensham Pond Hotel Reimagined is a luxury hospitality refurbishment project for the renowned four-star country house hotel and spa in Farnham, Surrey. Set within a picturesque lakeside environment, the project reflects a collaborative vision between RAOCON Group and NUE Interiors, combining external refurbishment expertise with a sophisticated interior design proposal to enhance both the guest experience and the hotel’s long-term identity.
RAOCON Group successfully completed the external refurbishment works, improving the building fabric and elevating the property’s overall appearance while preserving its distinctive character. NUE Interiors was commissioned to develop a comprehensive interior design concept for the hotel’s key hospitality spaces, including the reception, restaurant, bar, wine cellar, and other guest-facing areas. Every aspect of the proposal was carefully planned to create welcoming, functional, and elegant environments that seamlessly support the hotel’s daily operations.
Inspired by contemporary hospitality design, the proposed interiors feature a rich palette of warm timber finishes, deep green tones, bronze accents, and refined stone-inspired surfaces. Bespoke joinery, feature wall panelling, a statement central bar, dedicated coffee and bakery station, curated wine cellar, tailored display units, and coordinated furniture selections combine to create timeless, premium interiors that balance luxury with comfort.
