The overall construction is being delivered by RAOCON Group, which has successfully completed the external works as part of the wider development programme. NUE Interiors has been appointed to lead the interior design, material specification, and project coordination, while overseeing the complete delivery of the interior package.
The design approach reflects a refined contemporary aesthetic, combining timeless elegance with premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship. The scope includes bespoke internal doors, feature wall detailing, herringbone and bordered flooring, decorative brass inlays, marble-inspired finishes, custom joinery, architectural lighting, luxury bathrooms, bespoke wardrobes, a private gym, kitchen and dining spaces, bar and entertainment areas, formal reception rooms, and individually designed bedroom interiors.
A comprehensive design package has been developed, incorporating detailed finish schedules, door specifications, room-by-room material selections, and curated visual references to ensure design consistency across every interior space, including the entrance foyer, formal living areas, kitchen, dining room, and wellness facilities.
NUE Interiors is responsible for the complete design development and execution of the internal environments, ensuring every architectural detail, finish, bespoke element, and furnishing contributes to a cohesive, sophisticated, and highly functional living experience. The project is currently under development, with completion anticipated in mid-2027.
